About
The Digital Humanities & Video Game Studies Lab (located in Mantor Library’s Mezzanine) at the University of Maine at Farmington was launched in August 2018 to provide hands-on support for the integration of digital platforms into university curricula. At this time, we offer walk-in hours to assist students and faculty with free platforms: ArcGIS StoryMaps, Audacity, Canva, CapCut, Electric Zine Maker, Google Arts & Culture, and Spotify. We also have high-powered computers, podcasting equipment, video production equipment, and Nintendo Switches available for student use.
Our hours for Fall 2025 are 11 am through 1 pm on all weekdays.
If you would like to schedule an instructional session or discuss another digital tool for use in your courses or projects, email stephen.grandchamp@maine.edu.
